Greetings Members and Friends of Sunrise Church!

Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!

BEYOND THESE WALLS is the title chosen for our campaign to be in ministry and mission through the church in these exciting days ahead.  We are indeed fortunate people to be a part of Sunrise at this time.  We have the chance to do something truly lasting and memorable for Sunrise Church.

Our hope is that you will begin to pray right now; “Lord, what do You want to do through me?”  If everyone in our church will start right now to pray, then something extraordinary will happen.

Enclosed is a Vision Brochure detailing for you what the BEYOND THESE WALLS campaign is all about.  Please read and study the material carefully.  It should answer any of your questions concerning our Fall Membership Commitment Campaign and the Capital Campaign after the first of the year.  Also attached is the Pastoral Update that was published for worship and sent in an E-Letter.

In a few days, you should be receiving a call from a member of our prayer team.  Part of their assignment for the call is to share information about BEYOND THESE WALLS, the vision for our church, and answer any of your questions. However, the principal reason for their call is to ask you to make the campaign a matter of daily prayer.  Under no circumstances will they be asking you for money.  They are calling to be sure you know what is going on and to urge you to start to pray.

The days ahead are some of the most critical in the history of Sunrise.  It is my great hope that we will come together in prayer and response. In our faithful response to our Lord, God will bless our work.  Please pray with me and work with me toward our future.
