The Deployment Ministry of Sunrise Church is an on-going source of support and prayer during the time of a military deployment.
Yellow Ribbon
During the time that a member of the Sunrise family is on deployment, a yellow ribbon is placed in the sanctuary in honor of the deployed person and as a reminder of our on-going prayers for support of both the deployed member and his or her family. To have a ribbon placed, please contact the church office.
Worship Abroad
The pastor's message is recorded each week and available to all by way of streaming audio on this Web site. You can also find the text of the weekly message. Both the text and audio are available from the SERMONS section of this Web site.
Prayer Support
The Prayer Team is a very active part of Sunrise Church. While on deployment, prayer requests can be submitted via this Web site. The prayer requests that are listed as 'public' are emailed to congregation members during the week. If you would like to be added to the prayer distribution, please contact the church office.
Blog (Web-log)
This Web site has been designed to enable our deployed members to keep a blog of daily, weekly or occsional news or activities. Each blog can contain words and pictures to keep family and congregation members up-to-date on how things are going. To launch your own blog, CLICK HERE. Daily Devotionals

Family Support
Our ministry volunteers can provide meals, transportation and several other types of assistance for families while a loved one is on deployment. If you have a need, please let us know by contacting the church office.
Military Support Life Group
Will meet monthly on the third Friday of every month in the Parlor at 6pm. Childcare is available. This group is for all branches of military, whether active or retired! For more information, contact Michele Wind at 598-7013 ext. 20.
