Once a year, Sunrise hosts a BBQ for the Marian House. This year we will be hosting on Saturday, 18 September. We will supply all the food, drinks, condiments, tableware and workers.
There will be sign up sheets in the bulletins in the next few weeks with all the work shifts listed. After you sign up for a work shift, you will be contacted by a team leader. The first shift will actually start the day before to load up everything. Various work stations start at various times. The actual times for serving food are from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm.
We need your help to make this important mission a success. Please, get involved.
The Marian House patrons are truly thankful and are looking forward to the BBQ.
Please leave donations in the Fellowship Hall at Briargate or the table located in the Connection Cafe at Woodmen.
